PT-19 on floats

Been flying RC for few years and always wanted to get into float flying. I nosed one of my favorite planes into the ground so when I rebuilt it....designed it to accept floats.

Successful first...

No offense.....net is what it is....

they used going to four bolts as a marketing point...that's what I was saying....now if someone would kindly tell me the benefits of having less torque...

...it all comes down to reliability and durability and ability as a hobbiest to maintain your engines...as I love glow engines....and your right OS has some good internals..and the older OS's were...

try buying a regulator for a pumped OS....it will come with a carb....and forget about getting any kind of schematic for how carb-regulator assymble....so yea I love my 46 fx and old 91 four...

you must not own any pumped OS 4s. Have two that leak, run bad. I have older OS 91 FS and it runs excellent. I also have two OS 46FX's and they remind me of Chevy 350, reliable, easy to maintain...

Have a OS FS 120 III with leaking fuel system. Is there an aftermarket "durable" fuel pumping system for my engine? Thanks in advance.

For free I sure hope for the life of the engine...if a manufacturer builds a part and doesn't allow folks to buy parts...especially in a hobby industry they must disclose this upfront. Bad bad bad.

it does have all the right features size, price, quality, installed 90 degree retracts...it was just the color. You have included a pic with the darker brown...on full scale which does match H9's....

Plastic Needle valves used on FXi, La's and Ax break very easy. OS planned this to gain additional revenue from sale of these engines....sad.

I have a Corsair which I've sparingly flown...looks too nice to crash and I'm still getting good at flying low wing war birds.......had a PT-19 and absolutely loved it....ended up being "my" primary...

Arfs are Arfs....that means you have to strengthen certain areas...my PT-19 blocks seperated as well....no biggy....cut a hole through monocoat..some 30 min epoxy and put patch of yellow...

OS 46 FX is an incredible engines......if you are having problems with them is is of your own accord or your a rep. for the competition. Run strong...not finicky..start right away. Wonder why OS...
