RE: RD LOGICS AND TEAM INTEGY ALUMINUM PARTS SUCK

New Era has the best aluminum arms. I've had the same set on my truck for over 2 years. Just recently I slightly bent one enough that it wouldn't move freely on the pins. That was the only indication...

RE: xtm 24/7

It's about the same power wise as the Mach 26. It's also made by SH which makes the Mach. Just get the 24/7 Pro. It has the better carb than the standard 24/7.

RE: Lookin For Arm Advice

I use the New Era arms. They are beefier than alot of the other alluminum arms. Probably would have tried the RPM's but they weren't making them at that time. I beat the daylight out of this truck. I...

RE: that clicking and grinding noise

Check your brake adjustments also. LST's are known for noisy brakes.

RE: Engine acting Funky

Mine does run a little leaner when it gets low but not as drastic as my friends. He has a gallon in it and is running the stock tank. I'll suggest to him he tear it down and make sure everything is...

Engine acting Funky

A friend of mine has an LST. When the tank is full it seams to run very rich. Spitting fuel out of the exhaust rich. Tunes it to run with full tank around 230ish. When tank gets lower it runs very...

RE: Temp Gauge on Venom!

Compared to the handheld my Venom read 30 degrees higher on the second groove. Moved mine to the third and now reads within 5 or 8 degrees of the hand held.

RE: WHAT'S THE BEST LST CLUTCH?

Been using stock shoes with Mugen 1.0 springs going on second year. No need to run out and buy an expensive clutch if you aren't having problems with your existing one.

RE: Venom Smart Temp.

I did read that it wasn't a traditional failsafe also. But Venoms web site does state that it is also a trditional failsafe. My mistake. Didn't intend to mislead anyone.[:o]

RE: Venom Smart Temp.

I personally like the handheld units. But that's what I'm used to. The Venom gauge you turn on and hopefully remember to turn it off. Possibility of getting wet. Etc. The handheld is only on when you...

RE: Venom Smart Temp.

On board temp monitor is nice to have when you have a body that completely encloses the head. Like the F150 body.

RE: crowd pleaser body saver?

Been through 3 Losi bodies. The last one made it through 2 bash sessions before it was toast. Trying the F150 body now. The stock bodies are light weight but deffinately not basher friendly.
