Try turning on the transmitter first, then plug in the helicopter battery. Make sure throttle is all the way down!

You might want to check those weights on the flybar, it looks like one is all the way out to the end and the other is all the way in to the rotor head. I don't know what kind of problem this might...

I am aware that it will not be the same quality as the Hirobo, but if you look at the pictures at the bottom of the auction, you will see that the entire head assembly is different, the swash plate...

I think you have it correct, the bearing goes above the gear and fits into the body of the helicopter. Here is a picture of mine, you can't see the bearing, but it is above the gear. Hope this helps.

So have you received the new x-rotation heli yet? How does it feel to fly a virgin heli after all the practice on the old one. i think I am finally getting somewhere learning to fly mine, I stocked...
