Yeah, I figured that. Im in the process of sending it back now. I called HL and they told me the same thing and also that they would take care of it.

That was funny. Perfect timeing huh lol? Would you recommend buying a better or more capable charger to lower the charge times and balance the cells or would it not make that much of a difference?...
