I didnt like my mini max, the fuse and wing was very flimsy and no room for lots of different batteries. The triangle shaped fuse had no room and it was kind of heavy for its size I thought.

I got one from a guy that could not get it to fly he said, so I gave him 90.00 ready to fly, with radio, servos and all. Took it home and saw his elevator was reversed. DOH! no wonder he couldnt...

You can get a drop attachment, very light and small, only need something on your payload like a small hole for the pin in the drop mechanism to go thru. The ones i picked up were made by Fourmost...

The JR 241 servos are great too, about as light as the HS-55, also a good choice. You have to bargain shop the 241s since Full retail is around 27.00 ea [X(]

Mini Funtana vs tree, Need new Left wing

I was flying today and still working out the bugs on the MF and went inverted, saved it just to go POW into the top of a tall tree. Damage looks to be isolated to the Left wing and some rudder servo...

you can take apart an old 3.5 floppy disc, cut some rectangle hinges, cut slots with the exacto, glue one side in first (foam safe CA) then slide the surface on, disc material is TOUGH

You can also get a replacement shaft with no threads and use the alum collet nose with the APC props. e-flightline has them towards bottom of the gearbox section.

If you have one of the older Kokam 1500 11.1 packs, it may not be giving a high enough discharge or (c) rate. Big difference i found on my electric heli when I switched to a Tanic 1550 pack !
