Bill, not sure if you have looked on google maps. If you type in "pure village landing strip" it should take you to the middle of the runway, in sattelite view is shows a road going thru the creek...

I don't know anybody that has had both motors so it would be hard to compare the Torque to the Himax other than peoples opinions.

I have the Himax motor and it does bolt right up and has plenty of power. My stabs are 0 and wings at .6, flies good. I had Archie(original thread author) fly it this past weekend and he said it...

Thanks Rob and Dave. Arch I will see you this weekend. Thanks for the responses. Tested amp draw of my charger box when hooked to wall and it only pulls 3 amps while charging 2 5s packs at 5 amps...

I think I read that a D2 contest had 4 rounds on Saturday and 2 rounds on Sunday, is that what is typically done? I have 4 10s packs but havent got a generator yet so I am trying to figure out if...
