running temps

i have a rtr rc10gt plus brand new with about a quart of odonnel 20% fuel ran through it..the first 3 or 4 tanks it was only running bout 150 degrees..once i took out the plastic restrictor i have...

i have heard of people installing a 75cc fuel tank off of an OFNA 1/8th scale buggie onto a rc10gt and saying it fits perfectly..is this true..and also is it legal to race??

i just bought my rc10gt and was wondering for racing if..blade front tires (green volocity wheels) step pin rears (w/green vol.)...would be a good set up with 40wt. oil in the rear shocks and 35wt....
