My B44 is ready to roll, except that the 6300mah LiPo I bought from MaxAmps isn't necessarily a direct fit as it said it would be. Its too tall for the battery posts. Does anyone have any...

RE: Brushless 4WD (B44) Selection. Questions

I hope someone sees this - I didn't want to start a new thread. I have two questions:

1. I have the Novak XBR 13.5 system for my B44. I was thinking a 21 pinion would be fine for this. Any...

RE: 2 speed problems

There is a pretty good thread over on LSTCentral about the two-speed, and there is a pretty good chance that you are shifting, but you aren't hearing it because it is happening too soon. You said...

RE: So... what are the top runner up engines ATM?

What is the mapping for the XTM engines to the LRP engines? On hobbypeople.net they list the 457, the 28 and the 24.7. Since the XTMs appear to be the only engine in this line readily available in...

RE: $50 Charger

Or he can get a $50 NiMH charger now and a $50 lipo charger later and save himself $50.

For the original poster, you might also look at the MRC SuperBrain 959. It's a good charger and is a few...

Threaded Shock Bodies + Existing Caps = No Love

I just bought the threaded shock bodies for my LST and only one of the existing caps from my original shocks will thread onto the new shock! To make matters even more perplexing, the one cap that I...

Help resetting my forward/reverse servo

My LST has had problems where it won't shift into forward and I think its just a servo issue in the sense that I don't have the arm properly mounted on the servo. So, could someone just tell me that...

Engine Behavior Issue

Note: I posted this at LSTCentral, but I'm hoping to get some feedback here as well:

So, a little history on my truck. Earlier this year it met a large puddle, upside down. Sad This caused the...

RE: help please

You must remove the screw that's in the center of your clutch bell. If you are having trouble getting that off, try a pair of slip-joint pliers around your flywheel to keep everything from turning.

RE: Clutch Bells

Also check your idle screw. My brother's LST replacement engine from Horizon arrived and the idle screw was basically turned all the way in. The engine would just start revving faster and faster the...

RE: Need help about bleeding the shocks?

Right. Rebound is pretty much a) hard to prevent and b) a myth that it's desirable. If you can prevent it, the better your shocks will work.

If your truck is slapping the ground after being...

New Tranny Case - l Left out a shim. Is this okay?

I just finished replacing my diff cases with the painted aluminum ones and found that I had to remove the shim that is on the outdrive cup on my rear diff. Otherwise, there was too much binding and...

RE: Regreasing my diffs

Like I said, I haven't cracked open the actual diff, just the case. Is the diff itself using oil from the factory? I didn't think it was.

RE: Allright.... I made a vid

Yea, excellent video. Other than the LST the only thing that seemed to be worth a damn was the Ofna. I can't imagine that thing is anything but a headache, though. The last thing I want to do is tune...

All is probably not lost. I sank my Losi GTX on two separate occasions. In my case, I think I had a bum throttle servo. Anyway, just let the electronics dry completely (keep em inside where it is...

RE: My new LST body...ideas & comments please....

RE: Does your LST pop wheelies?

My LST was a bogged down pig until after break-in. It exhibited the exact same behavior. It runs fine now.

Is there a correct direction for clutch shoes?

If you saw my earlier post, I just replaced my clutch shoes with the new improved clutch with silver springs. Now that I've reassembled everything I've got a slight problem. As I try to start the...
