RE: XTM Truggy?

RE: I.D. PLEASE - Fun Factor...Exact model?

Fun Factor MT2. It should share alot of parts with the Magnum NX. I am pretty sure it shares arms and axles anyhow. Make sure you search and do the cup mod so the axles live longer. It is a shame...

RE: Fun Factor Rally - Springs and Droop

With the Rally's shorter shocks I suggest trying Losi XXX springs. You could also take your springs into your LHS and compare springs.

RE: fun factor help please!

Starting will depend on how you stored it and what after-run procedures you used. If the truck was running fine when you last ran it you shouldn't have to change the settings on the carb. Turning the...

RE: CNC Steel Pinion Gears for the NX and Fun Factor Series vehicles

With no release date or an estimated release date I personally wouldn't get my hopes up.
They have been promising these for years.

RE: Optional shocks for Magnum NX?

Try the electric Stampede big bore shocks. These worked fine on my MT2 until I switched to 1/8 scale buggy shocks.

RE: shock towers

You could probably use Traxxas's rear big bore shocks from a electric Stampede. Some people are also using 1/8 scale buggy shocks.

I am not going to re-type allot of info so if search you will...

RE: Bad luck with Magnum NX - Need help

Rechargeable AA battery's have a voltage of 1.1 to 1.2 volts so if you are using 4 of these in the truck for the servos you are only operating the servo's at 4.8 volts max. Alkaline AA's are 1.5...

RE: Bad luck with Magnum NX - Need help

I would also suggest using alkaline battery's in the TX. Rechargables have a lower voltage than regular alkalines it doesn't matter how many times you cycle them the voltage will always be lower.

RE: I need help

A .28 is probably overkill but the same info would apply to a .21 also. Because a NX .15 is a big block it shouldn't be that much trouble to swap in a .21 or larger engine. Top speeds will be the...

RE: i need help

You do not want to use paddle tires on the front they will add to much stress to the steering system and it will not steer or handle very well.

If you put padle tires on the rear you...

I used it on the stock motor and since the swap on the OS .18.
I believe that they only come in two sizes the 10mm and the 11mm. The 10mm one is the one that I use.
