LIPO batteries only lasting 2 minutes

Im having a bit of an issue...I bought a little CX2 helicopter...came with charger and some E-flite 7.4v 800mAh 2 cell batteries. Normal flight times are around 8 minutes or so....now flight times...

solved-Cant get vtail (elevator and rudder) set up right

Im trying to understand how to get some of the specifications needed to use motorcalc or electricalc program. A few questions-

How do I measure
-RPM/V? and is this the same as KV...
