I just applied masking tape to the carbon plate...

I just applied masking tape to the carbon plate and then placed the plywood tray over it , copied it and then just cut it using a dremel with a cutting disk.
then it was just to check the fit...

I just made the 2 trays for the electronics out of carbon fiber , no cnc milling , just a dremel with a cutting wheel and it´s a perfect fit

Yes Gents, I also hysoled my hinges , I peffer hysol over regular epoxy when building jets.
