RE: ASM C-130

Hi Rockinmarine,
About your balance problem- I don't think you have a balance problem. I'm assuming that you don't have retracts. The main gear is what is holding your nose wheel up. The...

AND the brakes if you carefully eliminate all leaks.
Piece of advice... don't use the Robart tees they...

RE: Top Flite Cessna 310 posted

Hi Mark,
Silly answer... No. I think the difference is in the temperature that the glue melts. As for removing glued parts just reheat and remove. The glue I used came from the crafts section in...

RE: ASM C-130

It is stick on covering for the orange at least. I'm not sure about the blue, I would assume it would be stick on also.
Sorry I misread your post. I had an extra fuselage that I tried the orange...

Bill, thanks for the kudos. I am sorry I didn't reply sooner. I am usually notified of any updqates to this thread, but this didn't happen. I wondered why nobody was using it. I decided to check...

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

Skip,
Sorry for the mixup. I don't know my left from my right so I normally carry a rock in my right hand to tell the difference. I had to drop it to type that reply.
I have a 11 inch prop on...

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

I don't think that I would take out the out thrust of the engines. They were designed that way to minimize the yaw problems in case of an engine out situation. If you look closer you will probably...

I use the twin sync and also an onboard glow plug warmer. I wish I had bought the on board glo plug with the twin sync. I haven't tried it out yet.

Allen,
We always put on shoes in the winter and us rich people get to wear socks. It is in the summer when we go barefooted.

RE: Top Flite Cessna 310 posted

Well I checked the balance with the gear up and again with the gear down. I found that with an aircraft as heavy as the C310 it makes very little difference. So again I say mine balanced perfectly....
