In my opinion:

Metal spur gears are a waste of money ... set your mesh properly and cover them up. I don't mind spending $10 on new plastic gears every once and awhile. Steel spur gears also...

Thanks. It was a Dual G5 2 GHz and my friend used iMovie to edit. The video was shot on a JVC DVCam.

Flips are a lot easier with the LST (as opposed to my Savage). I think it is due to the mass...

I had to reverse the shims to get the mesh right. On the top\bottom thing I have the screw caps facing up (only one side has threads) - same as plastic ones. Mine have not broke and I love the way...

How to remove LST primer?

Is there any easy way to remove the LST primer and its guts? It doesn't look like you can just pull it out. Before I try myself I thought I might ask if anyone else has already done this. Perhaps...

3 in 1 is fine.

You can use the pinch test to easily determine if your low speed needle is set right.
