Magnum xls 32

This is a used magnum xls 32 two stroke! The piston does not even show much of a mark. It comes with an aluminum spinner, and a new tower glow plug.

What is the big difference in 10% ans 15% I know it is the difference in Nitro but why do they has not to use 15 in say a 40 - 46 glow engine?
