Thanks for the replys!!!! I also just got the new gray wheel hubs,they are right and left hand threaded.So you do not have a problem with the wheel nuts coming off.

Doesn't a MBX-5 Body fit the Mayhem? I also saw some where that the 777 or MBX-5 drive shafts fit also.Has anybody tried this?

I put the pillow ball in a heater hose off a car,then used a vise to hold it.I had one come half way unscrewed in a heat race.I used JB weld for loctite on the threads,to make sure it does not come...

I have had nothing but good luck with my Mayhem.There is three of them at our track,not one thing has broke.The main thing you want to change is the the stock clutches.Other than that it kicks butt.

Rich LSN,I use Kyosho or Mugen Alum. clutches and 1.1 springs.The SH.21 requires a lean low end needle setting.

You have to gear the crap out of that 27 to get any speed,bigblocks dont rev as high as a Race .21. They are all torque!!

I sold the Mamba and Lenher,it was to much for our driveway racing.Now I run a Big Block with a 1900mah ThunderPack and IPD speed control.It runs good for what I use it for.
