RE: Pics of ur cx2

Here's a shot of my old CX2. It had Etreme canopy, E-flite alloy heads, Boomtown boom, unbreakable skids, Vortex flybar and shafts and Extreme motors.

HBFP Toilet Bowl Effect

Now that I am getting the hang of hovering (tail in). Sometimes the heli will go in in tail first spiral. May be I'm just over correcting. other times I get a pretty stable hover. Should I make some...

RE: Fixed or Collective Pitch?

Go for the HBFP. It is very, tough. I just got mine about a week ago. I'm getting pretty good at hovering now. I had the CX2 before. Big step.

RE: Convince me to wait for the Blade 400

I was really, hot for the Blade 400. While I was waiting I picked up a Esky Honey Bee FP. Big step from the CX2. It will hold me over until the 400 gets out and some reviews written.

RE: CX2 + Mods = Enough to buy a Blade 400

The CX/CX2 are a blast, but a money pit. I think I've spent enough on blades to buy a 400..........

RE: Lose of Flight Time-Weak

I ordered a pair of Extreme motors from Boomtown. I think I may have over heated the motors using the Extreme canopy. I didn't add any vents. The problem started after a few flight with the new...

Lose of Flight Time-Weak

All of sudden my CX2 has reduced flight time/lack of power. No crashes. I have three E-flite batteries and they all behave the same. It hard for me to believe all three batteries went flat at the...

CX Battery Mount Mods?

Has anyone modified the the little, "L" bracket that seems to break on the CX battery cradle? I've tried a velcro strap, but clearance was really, tight between the motor pinions.

RE: CX2 Blade Crashes

I agree 100%. I have calmed down and enjoy flying outside when there is no breeze. Start pushing it and you exceed the CXs limits.

RE: Eflite Blade 400 3D RTF w/ DX6

I was just at the LHS picking up some blades for my CX2. I asked them about the new heli. They really didn't know much about it. They did have a parts manual for it. I'm pretty, sure this will be...

RE: Eflite Blade 400 3D RTF w/ DX6

I'm surprised there isn't more talk about this heli. I'm prety, stoked about it. Looks like a good deal.

RE: Blade cx2 upgrade cnc or eflite?

I've used the Eflite swashplate, lower and upper head. I was surprised that the swashplate was a "performance" upgrade not just bling. The heli seems to fly better with these upgrades.
