i'm using 2 onboard volt meters (1 for ignition and other for receiver) that tells you the exact voltage of the battery and with LiFe packs i just recharge when it goes under 6.5 and its worked out...

Yeah but the ignition is totally different so your probably using nicad or nimh for the ignition unless your using a BEC or something like that. I use 2 6.6V LiFe packs..1 for the ignition and 1 for...

Horizon has the plug back in stock. I received mine today for a spare to the motor i don't have yet cause its still on backorder....

I haven't had any trouble with my tranny, but if/when I find it necessary to make my tranny bulletproof, here's what's in store:
- metal idler gear from the Nitro Evader ($17)
- metal diff gear...
