This question has been asked many times over at KnifeEdge forums. They always say that "knifeEdge has nothing to do w/the G3 swap page".

I am starting to wonder if their will ever be a G3 swap...

After having owned them all I also like G3 the best, but you better have a decent video card and PC too make it happen. It's the only sim w/online multiplayer ability.

steeljaw the G2 USB controller doesn't work w/AFPD for me either, this is not an isolated incident.

Yes I have applied the latest patch. I also have the sound problem where you get no sound unless you set your speakers to "desktop stereo" I wonder if that might have anything to do with it?

Yeah the dongle is plugged in and the G2 controller shows up in the control panel. It just doesn't show up in AFPD for some reason. I used to use my Hitec radio (optic6) as a cotroller but I sent it...

I just installed AFPD and according to this THREAD you can use a G2 controller. I have tried everything I can think of and have not been abe to get Aerofly to recognize the G2 USB controller? I dont...

No its not the 1st time -I have reported it also! My G2 controller didnt work w/AFPD.

(if you delete my post again I will start a new thread in the Rc simulator forums about this)

FWIW I was unable to use my G2 or G3 controller w/AFPD either, that plus the sound problems I was having. I ended up selling AFPD as a result.
