You need to disolder the motor leads from the motor, And unplug the link going into the Rx that controls the main motor. Plug in the new ecs to the slot where you unplugged the other wire coming out...

why dont you buy a cp2 and a barebones kit? I think there 70 dollars. This way it would be around the same amount as a blade cp w/ lipos and aerobatic kit. And youll have tons of parts.

you probally want to get something a bit faster for your tail than what your using on the cyclic. You don't need as much torque for tail servos just more speed to keep the tail in one place.

yea but dont the cells in phones ect. have guards in them to keep them from over chargering or over dis-charging? And there covered in a plastic casing to prevent them from getting damaged.

if you are going to go ni-mh go with a 8cell 3300mah battery.

If your going lipo go with whatever the above recomendations were. Also make sure you get a over-discharge alarm so the batteries...

my guess would be rebuild the rotorhead according to the manual. After doing that check to make sure your swash is fairly even. If its stable lift of and trim out the swash according to how it flies.

the bellcrank doesnt actully need to be at 90 degrees but thats best. Think of it this way your tail rotors pitch needs to be able to move enough so the helicopters tail can move in both directions....
