Why not just ship all of them with Z-pcm enabled. Whats the deal? Is there some logical reason not to have it enabled on all radios? This is the kind of stuff that dosn't make sense.

From my information Z-pcm is not missing on the 9303 it is just not enabled. From what I hear you can send the radio in and have the Z-pcm enabled. Ok, so what did HH do here? Now it cost...

Absolutely. From the initial setup menu, go to the modulation menu and set it for SPCM. The radio will do PPM or SPCM.

I keep reading responses about it being illegal to change a transmitter's crystal, unless you are an authorized service center. I have looked and cannot find where FCC says transmitter...
