RE: Sachs gas engine

My Brison 2.4 and I understand the 3.2 motors have 76A on the carbs, however they have WT-551 as the Walbro part #. I think The Sachs motors are the same as Brisons.

Primus 90

I've seen several videos of the Primus 90 from Hokusei models in Japan, seems to be a great flying plane.
Does anyone know how to get one. I can't find a distributor, their web site is confusing...

The 125 has a much larger exhaust port than the 100 so I doubt the muffler will interchange between the two.

RE: Funtana 90 What engine ???????? help

I have a new Saito 125 for mine, should be a perfect engine for this plane, light and powerful, I expect it to come out tail heavy, I like your battery mount, may have to go that route too.

RE: 25% Katana, Saito 180, best prop?

I will pick up an 18X6W and I'll try A 17x8 also. I was already planning on running the 30% Heli fuel. Our field is near sea level so altitude is no problem in the power department.

RE: 25% Katana, Saito 180, best prop?

25% Katana, Saito 180, best prop?

I have a Pacific Aero Works 25% Kantana, about a 13 lb airplane, and a Saito 180 for it, what would be a good prop for this combo for sport aerobatics and some 3D type flying.

RE: What motor for a hangar 9 Twist?

I have a Saito 72 on mine, APC 13X6 prop, had a Saito 82 on it, more power than it needs, out a site vertical with the 72, saw one fly with an OS 46, not enough power 3/4 to full throttle to hover.

RE: Hitec Eclispe 7 Dual elevator servo's solution

I can't say that I've really noticed a big difference in response speed, the big thing I like is the "fail safe" feature, we sometimes get a lot of hits at our field, after watching a gas powered Yak...

Hitec Eclispe 7 Dual elevator servo's solution

The Hitec Eclispe 7 doesn't support dual elevator servos on seperate channels, a glaring weakness in this transmitter, in my opinion, one solution is to use a reversing wye or servo reversing...

RE: E-Flite Celectra lipo charger, anyone using?

I'm using a Radio Shack #22-507 3 amp 13.8 volt power supply ($41.95) with a celectra charger seems to work fine so far. The 13.8 volts matchs the output of a car battery which the Celectra might use...
