I *think* it is the rideplate, extended stator, impeller, shaft, watercooled motor mount and something else I know I'm forgetting. He's from Thailand.

I just got a PM from aum-offshore that he's selling the upgrade kits now, $58. I wrote him back asking about shipping costs, he only offered EMS and it was $45! I might have to hold off on the kits...

If anyone is looking for a decent 20mm water jacket, check out maxxprod.com, they shipped immediately and I had them in 2 days! My Monster boat is almost done, just need to mount the servo tonight....

Don't do it, get two small 2S packs and parallel them together like I did above. It balances out the boat much better, I tried running a 4400 size lipo and put it sideways, boat wouldn't turn very...

Built, anything can go fast :) BUT this boat is unstable without some work, it chine walks like a mother and is very easy to capsize. Just saying he could get into a different hull if he wants speed...

The only problem with going single motor is getting a crazy gearbox to drive both props, the spurs are pretty far apart.. This boat can be mid 30's with some work, but I just don't see the value in...
