I received an Email from Kit Cutters saying they have the balsa wood and looking to have the kits ready by the end of August. I will let you know when I hear they are ready.

The last email that I received for the shipping date of the kit for the Blanik stated that they had ran out of balsa wood and were waiting for a new shipment to arrive.

I have found the Robart compay that has Fowler hinges for 1/5 1/4 scale aircraft. Using them would safe manufacturing our own hinges from scratch. http://www.robart.com/Hinge.aspx
