I could do them in strip wood, but it's hard to replicate the right cross section. So I printed them! Miles of the stuff in 6 inch segments....

There will be a printed frame to hold the t-case output shafts and bearings, which will act as stuffing boxes.
Still need to work out the suspension...

I see thumbnailed photo attachments in some threads, but I don't see any way to get them when posting... only in-line images.
Thumbnails REALLY help the readability of posts, while those in-line...

But I like plywood- easy to work and join, way stiffer than plastic. I coat plywood with resin, no glass needed, and sheath it in 0.020" styrene.
