I could do them in strip wood, but it's hard to replicate the right cross section. So I printed them! Miles of the stuff in 6 inch segments....

But I like plywood- easy to work and join, way stiffer than plastic. I coat plywood with resin, no glass needed, and sheath it in 0.020" styrene.
