Hmmm, Im not sure ! I would be afraid to just estimate how long to leave it hooked up. I have read some bad horror stories about Li-Po batteries exploding because they werent being charged correctly...

Oh ya, it did once cut out on me on the first flight after a charge. Was flying for about 25 seconds and it cut out and droped.

I got some more flights out of it last night. I got it flying better and better. I was able to take off and land on a stack of pillows I had setup, I wasnt able to take the most direct path there :)...

No, all that came apart was the inner shaft. Outer shaft was still intact.

Glued it back into place and went flying again....this time, the whole top blade assembly flew off with the whole rod coming up and out !!! And the gear at the bottom of the helicopter flying off !!!...

got the thing up in the air this time, about 3 feet in the air, almost a hover....was about to try some maneuvering but then it started to shake a little bit so i let the throttle down and landed it...
