Any new inputs on the K9.
How is it compared to other engines?
How is the runtime??? again compared at the same track with different engines and what pipe?

Using WD40 makes it easier since it's in a pressurized container to spray it inside the engine and not worry about not lubricating well.that's the only reason i use it. But now i will be using RB oil...

Anybody knows where i can order custom rx battery packs with GP or Orion AAA batteries?

The sites i find up to now offer other cheappo batteries and low capacity.

So far i tried GP 1100mah AAA and these are the only ones that charge what claimed and don't self discharge as fast as other NIMH batteries. The thing is i can't find them anywhere cheap enough.

AAA receiver batteries

I was looking into AAA batteries instead of going LIPO way and found a few on ebay with way too high capacity than what is used to by known brands(GP, Sanyo).

I found some with 1300mah unknown...

Using water hose for cleaning

How many of you use a water hose to clean your buggy-truggy?
Does it cause any rust on metal parts?...like screws, hing pins,...even if sprayed down with WD40 or silicone oil after the rinse?

For the clutch you mainly have to check on flywheel diameter.
As for the roto start it's a trial and error i think!! I've never used one to tell.[&:]

Has anyone tried these 3 shoe setup?
It's supposed to fit on standard 3 pin flywheels.

Has anyone tried installing the RMV extended carbon shoes of the 2.5 speed clutch on a convensional 3 shoe flywheel?
Will these work or we need the complete set?
The RMV shoes have more contact...

CF does flex...BUT without "memory"...it will flex back to it's original shape...Aluminum will stay bend and if brought back it will be softer and will bend more easily next time.

If you don't want to use the P7 then use the P3 for break in.
It's cold this time of the year and the engine runs rich so break-in with the P3 and before you start leaning her out use the P7.
