I am still experiencing this problem and they only other clue I have is the fuel gets sucked into the carb when I start it the first time really slowly...is this a sign of low compression or anything?

yeah that is possible. i will have to try and richen both needles and see if that works. is a lean mixture on the bottom end cause a lot of damage or mostly just as RPMs increase?

yeah i definitely recommend the TZ. I've been running gas trucks for 15 years and you really can't beat the combination of performance, reliability, and most important I think tunability of the O.S....

i have been pretty happy with the stock clutch. On the original GT I went with the MIP 4-n-1 clutch with much success, but haven't felt the need to upgrade the stock GT2 clutch.
