RE: dual elevator on a DX6i ??

Thanks ZEEB,
I will keep messing with it. I guess I can always go with a reverser, I just don't like the idea of flying a 30 lb plane with (2) large digital servos in the same reciever jack.

RE: dual elevator on a DX6i ??

I have tried 100%, 125%, 80% .... and it doesn't make any difference. Even with the mix on all of the time the GEAR switch still has non proportional control. Switch on and the elevator half is...

RE: dual elevator on a DX6i ??

Thanks for the response Net Dude, but this question is for the DX6i - not the DX7. The only extra channels are GEAR and AUX1. AUX1 is already used up with dual ailerons,I need to get the gear channel...

RE: World Models Chipmonk with retracts

I don't know, My Kangke Texas Hurricane has enough power to hover and pull out strongly on 10s. The weak link as far as hovering is turning out to be the Ailerons. they are too small! And I agree -...

RE: World Models Chipmonk with retracts

tIANci, I think the main savings was by using different servos. I used GWS Mighty Micro servos throughout. I got them from Sureflite. They are small, have 75 oz of torque at 4.8 volts (89 oz at 6.0...

RE: World Models Chipmonk with retracts

I am using a dualsky 5050CA-8 on 5s with a 14x10 prop. Almost 1000 watts on a 5lb 10oz. model. Flys really well. Even though my X mount pattern matched the firewall blind nut location, I had to...

RE: Hobby Lobby Sr. Telemaster ARF

RE: New producation run of the Ultra Sport 60?

I would purchase one or (probably) two .60 size Ultra Sports if they become available. If they re-released the US 1000 though.. I would have to go three or four, I love the one I have now. It has a...
