RE: XTM Truggy?

My point exactly, wasn't sure if anyone picked up on my sarcasm in my previous post. Some people feel they have to have what everyone else has, in order to be accepted, and it is sad that people can...

RE: Oil/fuel burned onto Muffler

It's one thing to have 3 weeks of mud caked to your truck, doubling or tripleing the weight, but if someone is going to laugh at you for having a little Burnt oil stain on your pipe, beat them in the...

RE: Dynamite round header vs sportwerks round header

In MOST cases, Dynamite parts and Sportwerks parts are the same thing, just different part numbers, and for some reason, a few dollars in price. For example, go to the horozon website, look up...

RE: A couple small questions about an engine

Just wanted to give a shout back... I ran the engine today, and got it in tune. I was very happy with the power of the engine, and there didn't seem to be any problems... Through 3 tanks of fuel,...

RE: LRP .28 vs Sportwerks .21 vs Mach 427

General rule of thumbe, if you are going to race it, run the .21, if only bashing, use whatever you want. I personally don't have any experience with the LRP's, but both the Sportwerks 21 and the...

A couple small questions about an engine

First off, I picked up an OS 21VZ-B V-Spec, (Blue head, not the Speed) for a decent deal. The guy I got it from said he had never run it, but the previous owner had run about 1 Gallon on the engine. ...

RE: Can anyone tell me???

a RTR Roller is most likely a RTR truggy, with the engine/electronics taken off. The RTR has a cast aluminum chassis. The Race Roller has a milled chassis, which will be a little stronger, as well...

Of the 3 you have listed, the Hyper would probably be your best bet. Being your first Nitro, the Hyper is very durable. There will also be a lot of people with experience with the Hyper to offer...

RE: That Buggy Is On Fire!!!!!!

This isn't a danger of running LiPo's, it is a danger of running CHEAP LiPo's. Where people have the problem with LiPo's exploding, is when they don't pay attention to the discharge rate the Battery...

RE: Losi Warranty

I too had very similar results dealing with Losi/Horizon. I specify both, because I have gotten support from them on Losi parts, Sportwerks parts and Spektrum. Their customer service is top notch.

RE: Official Hyper 8 Thread

RE: Anybody used a Losi smart diff?

RE: All gears an no answer

Pinion gears are not universal, in the sense that they come in different pitches. I think there are only 3 pitches out, 32, 48, and 64. All pinions in the correct pitch are universal.

RE: Lois ESC and Mamba CM36 motor cogging
