yes there is ample compression from the engine and has no signs of wear, the glow plug is a new one and the fuel is model technics dynaglow 16% nitromethane.

i will try using different fuel...

i opend the motor uop and one of the eindings is blackso i can only persume that it is a short out.

can you bur new armetures seperate and how much are they?

motor help

hi, i got a new motor about a week ago, its the Nosram 12x2 motor and i have it in an old tl01-b (offroad) chassis car, and the stupid thing burnt out (i think)

i was running it on 7.2 2Ah...

sometimes the monolithic capacitors can break off and casue radio interfeirence
so check them out and see if they have a good connection ok

ive found out that the stupid motor is wound backwards?????

so there is higher RPMs in the wrong direction to the direction i want the car to go!!

i have a purple bull motor which came with a car i got and i have 2 main problems with it..
the first problem is that i have absolutely no info on it whatsoever on the motor ie windings, RPM...

you can use a mesh which is designed for use with fiberglass resin, its a couple of quid for about a foot squared and its a fine aluminium grill exactly like the one on the viper

Hi i recently got given a webra marine .20 (3.5cc) engine and the person who gave me it messed around with the carb needle settings and it doesnt run nicely,
does anyone know the correct needle...

its not that i find their speed boring or the way they handle, i have built a couple and they are very succesful, i find them really good fun just that i want to find something else to build/convert...

the engine is a marine engine but i have never come across another, so no good for an airboat besides i have already built a few and find them a bit boring,

Dumb kid needs help

Hi, i was wondering how to mount a .20 size(3.5cc) webra 2 stroke engine into an old interceptor 650 electric boat shell,
the hull is thin plastic and most glues and fiberglass will not stick to it...
