DSM2 Module (DM8) with DSMx receiver problem

I'm having problems with a NIB AR9010 and 2 satellites with a DSM2 module in a Futaba 9C. Binds OK and seems to control everything, but then I look at the fades on the data logger and it counts off...

I got the motors correct.

Now, which servo (left or right?) on the heli goes to the top servo pins on the RX?

And, which servo (left or right?) on the heli goes to the bottom servo pins on...
