RE: Official xx/xx-t thread

Well, I'm probably just talking to myself because this thread died a while ago, but it's worth the strange looks I might get. I ignored my Aftershock and EMaxx for a change and got one of my XXCRs...

RE: Where can I get a 27 MHZ FM Receiver?

Thanks for your help, Dale. I'll try looking for specific part #s and models like you suggest. A couple Sanwa Micro Receivers are on Ebay right now, as is a Novak 2-Ch receiver. I can't wait to go...

Where can I get a 27 MHZ FM Receiver?

RE: 27mhz or 75mhz, why the diffrence?

I'm not able to take the 2.4 ghz leap yet, thanks to a new business and new baby daughter keeping my wallet light, so I've been trying to track down some new receivers to work with my Airtronics MX3S...

RE: Does shock oil have a shelf life?

Thanks for the responses, guys. Associatedrules, it doesn't appear that any water, or anything else, got into the oil. I think I'll use it and see what happens. It beats spending cash on new oil! :)

Does shock oil have a shelf life?

Hey all -

I'm rebuilding the shocks on my Aftershock (I lost a showdown with a "No Parking" sign [:@]), so I broke out several bottles of old, unsealed Losi Pure Synth shock oil. I've had the...

RE: best rc vehicle radio ever made!

Interesting topic, andrew. What criteria do you have in mind? maybe comfort, reliability, tech features, etc.? I still have my first comp. level radio - an Airtronics Caliber 3P. At 15 or so years...

RE: Surface Stick Radios

I'm glad I'm not alone in my preference and search for a 2-stick radio. I'm looking forward to reading about how JeffyB's new 3GR works out at the track.

As for the Exzes, I asked Global Hobby,...

RE: Futaba 3GR 2.4Ghz

I have wheel radios, too, and I don't think that there's anything "wrong" with them. Like JeffyB, I simply prefer the feel of a 2-stick. I actually don't mind the steering wheel specifically as much...

RE: Futaba 3GR 2.4Ghz

I hear you, JeffyB. I'd like to get my hands on a nicely equipped 2-stick radio, too. Maybe it's because my very first radio was a 2-stick (Futaba Attack-R), but, in any case, I'm not as comfortable...

Nice ride, Dan, as far as Fords go, that is :D! Seriously, your Juggernaut 1 is sweet and, at 8 or so years old, it definitely qualifies as "Old School" IMHO [sm=thumbup.gif]
