Getting a 2'X4' in that budget is going to be tough unless as mentioned you kit build one yourself. If your not into a home built, I suggest the probotix Fireball comet with a 25" x 25" cutting area....

Unhappy with the wing loading calculation with the current wing design, I designed a new wing that is larger and also went with a heavier leading edge taper. Should have it cut tomorrow.

Easy... Take an iron or covering iron. Wet a paper towl lay it over the dent , put the hot iron over the towl. Repeats until the dent is out. It won't take big deep dents out but it will remove...

The weight of the plane should come in around 4 oz, probably less. What you can't see from the model is the insides are heavily milled out. The fuselage design is extremely stiff...

The Blade CP won't Autorotate and the only reason you would have to is because of a dead battery or main motor failure and since it has no autorotation bearing and you wouldn't generate enough...

This actually sounds like the possibility of either to low a headspeed which really shows up on my 450 with a low headspeed or it could be "wagging" which is actually normal when use hard durometer...

Just saw readyheli.com has Trex 600 aluminum combos for $429.00...Thats a steal! I bought mine a month ago from them for $449. Not that I am giving them a plug but they are my #1 supplier, awesome...
