Actually that's wrong mate, with spur gears more teeth will give better low end, and with less teeth this gives better top end.
Clutch bells work in the opposite way, more teeth better top end,...

Just my opinion, but i really don't like piston locking tools. The method i always use is to hydraulicly lock the piston as follows:

Turn your engine upside down, pour after run oil or similar...

I just didn't like the 3rd channel set up, you have to keep the button pressed,...

Sorry to say that the Spektrum is not for me, i had the DX3 a while back, i really didn't like the position of the 3rd channel button, in fact the whole 3rd channel set up on the DX3 didn't impress...

Hi, there is a Savage X reverse module being released later this month, it will work with the 2 channel set up, i'm told it will need a third servo though?.

Hi, 17T/49T you'd also be better off with an allu clutch, the .28+ engines usually waste the stock clutch pretty quickly, maybe your clutch is already worn?;)

Hi there, if you mean the shock shaft is bent?, the allu shocks use the standard shafts, so no problem.

However, if you mean the actual shock body is bent?, then you will need part no. HP86179...

The Savage 3.5 was actually released after the 4.6, it is basicly a revamped version of the original Savage .21, and imo a bit dated and underpowered.
It doesn't have all the 4.6 upgrades;)

Hi there, turn the screw clockwise all the way closed, then turn it anti-clockwise for 4.5 turns, that is the factory setting for the Savage .25, if it needs adjustment, turn a quarter at a time,...

On the original Savages, the shaft that the spur mounts onto is part no. 86089, this same shaft is also used with the Savage X, so i would guess that the old type spur could be used, provided it was...
