The metal gears are aluminum which create a lot more frictions and will bog down the motor.

It could be the polarity on a diode at the motor is reversed.

This helicopter is no difference from the #35. It uses the same esc, gyro, receiver from the #35 which it'll subject to radio...

Try use a digital meter and check the continuity of your antenna wire on the rx. There might be some cracked solder joints on the antenna wire.

Make sure the two little dip switches on the gyro are on the left. As for the GAIN pot, turning it clockwise would increase the head of the heli yaws to the right.
