Took 2 clicks of down to trim and it flies great! Would suggest it to anyone! Only Mods I made to it are adding extra ply to the landing gear...

RE: Does anyone else love Enya engines?

Yes the Sig 4 star is a great platform! Still wish I could get another Airtronics Warlock. The last plane I had it on was a .40 Kaos and it just did not have the authority it had on the Warlock. But...

RE: Does anyone else love Enya engines?

I have and old SS40 that I would not get rid of for anything! It has never failed me and just keeps on going. LOL seems like the engine keeps outlasting the planes! The only thing I don't like is...

RE: Big Kaos Kit Cutting

Thanks, I have had 40 size from Tower and bought a used 60 size and really love the way the plane handles and tracks. I saw this thread and the beautiful plane that PointMago made and just could not...

RE: Goldberg Wild Stik

I bought a new Wild Stik 120 and maiden-ed it last Friday evening. I used a G-26 with all HiTec gear.

It was a beautifull handling airplane, use big throws! It is pretty docile and the...

RE: Zenoah G-26 Setup tips

All the holes were open and I even sealed the gaskets with rtv to see if there was some kind of air leak to no avail. I tried all settings of the needle valves and dismantled the carburater to make...

RE: Zenoah G-26 Setup tips

Hopefully someone can help me here!

I have a new G-26 out of the box. It is getting fuel and has spark, it will only run at idle when the choke is on and will not transition at all. When you try...

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

Hi Lefty,

I used a really small piece of piano wire and a drop of thin CA to hold the antenna wire to the piano wire. Push the piano wire through the antenna rod first and then attach the...

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

Tim,

I think the 40's would be enough to power this bird. I have plenty of power with the OS 46's that I have on mine. I think you will just loose a little speed.

As for the Polished...

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

Jfail1,

I am also using OS 46's in my Dual Ace. I switched my stock throttle linkages out and added two dubro cable linkages that I resurrected from my rc boating days and they give enough...

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

:D:DI maidened mine today! It flew like it was on rails! I am using two OS 46 AX's that performed flawlessly. I have my CG set at between 90-95 mm with 9.5oz of lead in the nose, and would not change...

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

I am hoping to maiden mine on this Thursday. I ran in the new OS .46's really well to try and avoid the possible flame out or a dead stick landing. Hopefully my time spent and the three tanks of fuel...

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

I finished mine today. 10.5 ounces of lead with the battery in the nose of the plane. I ended up using Pro Spin polished aluminum spinners and it really set the bird off!

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

Well I ended up going with OS .46's. They were on the shelf and I did not want to wait for the TT.

Just for everyones benefit. If you choose the newer OS .46 with the remote needle valve, you...

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

I have a buddy who swears by the Thunder Tiger Pro .40 and .46's. Does anyone have any thoughts on these engines? I was going to get a pair of OS .46's but it looks like the Super Tiger might do just...

RE: Seagull's "Dual Ace"

I just picked up my new Dual Ace from the hobby store. All I can say is "Pictures Do Not Do This Plane Justice!" You have to see this plane with your own eyes to see how nice it is. I am trying to...
