RE: Honeybee Esky 6ch VS Eflite Blade CP

Hi, here in Spain nobody knows what an e-blade is, but many of us have the Honey Bee. I think it is a matter of marketing. By the way, I've tried BDavidson directions to assemble the blade applying...

RE: EKSY HoneyBee CP2 6CH Electric Heli Help!?

Hi, I'm back to the forum after 4 months flying (trying to fly would be more exact) instead of writing. At this point, and after uncountable crashes, the rotor head of my CP2 has got more glue than...

RE: Honey bee 2 lift?

Two more ideas: Is the gas trim full up, otherwise it won't lift. Is your battery 11.1 v?, if it has less voltage it's impossible to take off.

RE: HoneyBee CP2

Hi,
I'm learning with my CP2, so, at the moment, I'm only practising on the floor trying to control it. But in one occasion, it suddenly took off and crashed. The only thing I did before the...

RE: Esky honey bee CP

Sorry I can't answer to that. It's my first heli! Should say it's my first flying thing (I only have a rc sail-boat;)). The problem is that I only have the original pair of blades, so I'm not gonna...

Hi,

my HB CP2 is supposed to have the same motor than the HB2 but I've just counted the teeth of the pinion: 9 (?).

RE: Esky honey bee CP

Hi,
Sorry, I've used the word 'cardan', which is the Spanish word for something like transmision by a bar. I don't know if I am explining it ok, excuse my English.

RE: Esky honey bee CP

Hi,
I've just received my HB CP2 and there's a new one: Honey Bee King [:@]. The electronics are new and they have replaced the tail motor with a cardan transmision system. Looks like a more...

RE: Esky honey bee CP

Hi,

I've just purchased a HB CP2. Everything seems to be OK, but I remember having read something bad here about the rc-expert 1000 Li-po and its charger. Mine is a 'wall type' charger (220v in,...

RE: Esky honey bee CP

Hi, I've bought my CP2 from rcmachine, which is something like the ebay store for www.rc-expert.com. In rc-expert it costs 190$ + 43$ shipping and in rcmachine I got it for 160$ + 43$ shipping. This...

RE: Esky honey bee CP

Hi Sgt_lurva_lurva,

I'm afraid that you have the Honey Bee 2 (old model) and not the CP2. Go to the following link, under the main pic of the HB CP2 there are four small pics. Click on the one...

RE: difference between cp and fp blades

Hi, cp blades are completely flat. They get the pitch by rotating on its axis and that is controlled by a servo. FP blades are a bit twisted in respect to their axis like planes' propellers. This...

RE: Esky honey bee CP

Hi, in the 'others' section of the manufacturer's web page you can find a list of components that these two helis share/don´t share. Remember that they call the CP1: EK1H-E007 and the CP2:...

RE: Esky honey bee CP

Hi, I've read that they have changed the center of gravity in the CP2 in order to improve estability when hovering. Do you have this kind of problem in HB2?
By the way, I sent an e-mail to the...
