Build a 1:4 scale model of it out of wood, sheetmetal, foam, bondo, just about anything you find easy to work with to use as a "master".

Make a thick female mold out of fiberglass off it, and...

They're early-model RC18T's outfitted with the RC18MT Monster truck bodies, wheels and tires.
I chopped the packs down to 4-cell, kept the stock motor and electronics so they wouldn't be TOO fast...

It's a Pegasus "SS" body, part number PGH4001. I think Horizon carries them.
