RE: Nose heavy AirCore 40 Trainer

Thats a HUGE mistake. CG should always, always, always (enough always'szs?) be checked with an EMPTY fuel tank.

If after you have checked your CG with your fuel tank empty you still have it nose...

RE: My Dogfighter version

Est-ce ton premier avion?

Par experience, tu devrais mettre quatre élastiques par kilogramme. Ne t'en fait pas si le plastique se déforme, c'est tout a fait normal et la forme reviendra une...

RE: How heavy

If you catch lecrote, ask him about his 4mm wings that he makes that are as light as wings made with 2mm. He had a particular method of removing some flutes on the inner face of the wing which...

RE: STYRKORO S27

Since you got it flying, do you think that a .46BB would be overkill on this plane? I have a Sickle with a 40la on it, but I also have an Evo 46NT sitting on a low winger and I since the Sickle flies...

RE: Setup on Sickle

I have a 40LA on mine and the slot is cut 1/2 inch behind the recommended spot. As I said, the plans seem off as to the cutout placement with all the gear placed in the plane as indicated per the...

RE: Setup on Sickle

Did you follow the plans exactly? because this seems to be a common issue amongst new builders of the Sickle. Common recommendation is to build the fuse and the wing separately, and cut the slot for...

RE: Difficulty with leading edge of airfoil - novice

The Chordwise flute thing is general consensus for getting the best airfoil shape. The trade-off is a semi-sharp leading edge. Sure, you can run the flutes spanwise, but more often than not, you end...

Are there any shops in the area that make signs? Most sign shops carry coro, or correx as its known in the EU. Make sure that if you find a place that you show them what you are making with their...
