Rotofly is driving me mad!

We have gone through battery pack after battery pack trying to tune this thing in and no luck. We have done the tail motor mods and ,it still wants to to fly wildly ,to clarify we have two of these...

I use 4-40 rod and use a z-bend.If the rod is over about 12" I zip tie a thick bamboo skewer to it, to stiffen it up. With piano wire you can always bend the end to a 90 degree use a pushrod fast...

Odd size props are made by APC mostly. Tower Hobbies sells them and I am sure your LHS would order you some as well.

Chris' edge will do all the things you mentioned,it is rather easy to construct...
