Hi Paul,

I made the same mistake whit the spar, so I saw both ends of the spar under an angle of 45°
drill a hole of 2mm through both ends perpendicular, then put a piece off 2mm carbon rod...

I made a few flight's, the Edge is easy to fly very predictable.:D
But my engine suddenly quit several times (mvvs58 prosport), i can't find the reason why.:eek:

Hi ,

I almost finished whit the fuse, i put the engine on silent blocks.

Now I finished whit one piece of the wing, but the one off the leading and one off the trailing edge balsa pieces...

Sorry I was wrong with the price, I payed $654 for the MVVS58 prosport :eek:.

I ordered the MVVS58 ($945) but it is in back order, they did me an offer to buy the 58 PROSPORT
for only $36 more!

Have anyone experience whit the MVVS 58 cc engine on the edge 540.
The MVVS should have more power than the DA but weight about 22 oz more.
If I use li-po batteries I maybe can compensate a part...

I build the 46" Katana and mount the engine (saito 72) direct to the fuselage .
I do not find negative effects at all, I am very happy whit this " great machine ".
