It was a new #8 installed the day before.

He said that the #8 is a colder plug and wasnt staying lit when it was doused with fuel........heck if I know.

Took the engine to the LHS to be sent to OS for repairs and he was drilling me for every bit of info about how it ran, what it was doing....said he would send it at no charge, but he would like to...

How did you get away with the engine so far back? Is it because its a four stroker and weighs more then a 2 stroke thus needing to mount further back?

What I have been useing is the great planes standard fuel line....
the light blue stuff......

hard to see with blue fuel line, but its definatly visable between the valve and carb.......

I put all new fuel line in the plane, and the tank I am useing on the test stand came out of the PT-40,...

I just pulled the engine and put it on the test stand, different tank and fuel line again, and its still sucking air.....pulled the needle valve and coated it with vasaline.......much much better,...

I am running a 2 line system, and yes the pressure line is hooked to the muffler, and no they arent crossed........this is wierd. I have never had this much trouble with fuel line,...

I think you do need to have the plane pick and actually fly it like normal just to make sure your in, then go to the "multiplayer pull down menu" and select "join", then I think it askes you to...

I have replaced everything except the engine, and it is sucking air into the fuel line, could I have gotten a bad needle valve assembly so how? I remember it having air bubbles before but not like it...
