RE: 3 speed Revo transmission.. yes you read it right!

I wonder if it allows you to still use the slipper clutch. The T-Maxx three speed eliminates the slipper clutch and is recommended for on-road use only.

RE: 3.3 Forward only

No you cannot use the standard 2.5/2.5R FOC for the new 3.3 Maxx transmission. You also cannot use the FOC for the Revo 3.3 on the 3.3 Maxx. The internals of the 3.3 Maxx transmission are infact...

RE: ****NEW LOSI AFTERSHOCK!!****

[/quote]
I plan on getting it since I'm just a basher and have always wanted an LST. THe radio gear doesn't bother me that much. It seems like a great buy for only $399. Great idea on Losi's...

RE: Maximizer X-75 Problems.

If I'm not mistaken the HPI dirtbonz are a soft compound? If so that's probably your problem. When using beadlocks and tires with softer compounds you need to run the "rage rings" that maximizer...

Almost done with this build. All that's left is a pullstart and a pipe. It's been fun building.

RE: WHICH LCG CHASIS

A word of advice when ordering from FLM. They will take 2-3 weeks to ship your stuff. I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for my TVP's and skid plate when they said they had them instock. There is a guy...

RE: how can yo tell the difference

The linkages on the new 2.5's are different. They will have a bellcrank for the throttle and the older t-maxx's don't. Also, the older t-maxx's are a lot narrower than the new 2.5 t-maxx's.

RE: Would A Drill make it work ???

Yes, a cordless drill will work fine. Be sure that it has torque adjustability so you don't snap the OWB.

RE: 1/16th Nitro Engines????

Alright, looks like I might be buying a Norvel .061. Not sure yet. I'm still wondering on what I need to do as far as a slipper clutch and an engine clutch is concerned. I'm looking for off the...

RE: Smartech Magic Wheel

If you were to notice the end of my post; it ended with "/sarcasm" meaning END sarcasm. I'm not calling my Revo junk, I was making light of your comment. When you said."It's easy to blame low...

RE: Smartech Magic Wheel

I guess breaking the a-arms on my Revo from hitting a pole head-on is due to low-quality parts instead of operator error. Yeah, you're right; I guess my Revo is junk. /sarcasm

RE: Smartech Magic Wheel

I've done the samething to both of my 2.5 Maxx's. It's not the products fault that it broke in two pieces, it's user error. I could say the samething about my T-Maxx's(saying they are cheap), but I...

RE: sirio .23 glo plugs

I've run the Ofna medium plug with 33% TF in my sirio .23 for the past gallon and it has been running great. I'm going to try an MC-9 because of the 33% I am running and the climate around...

RE: Lowered TVP question

You will be fine using your hardcore engine plate. What you will have to do is grind some of the engine plate brace down for the rear center driveshaft to fit. You can get a set from...

RE: 16 inch T-Maxx chassis

It does look awesome. Reminds me of a JT hybrid chassis. Looks good man, let us know how it holds up in the long run.
