BMP to TMT file

someone have got an utility to convert a bitmap file into a tmt one?
or can explain me why if i replace the tmt of the krill's katana with a bitmap (with the same name) the colour scheme doesn't...

and haven't wheighted it yet...
but it will be around 600g, which are about 21 oz...

ok, sorry for my english, I'm an italian guy!
for change cg on afpd:
- select edit from main menu
- create a new aircaft (if you are using an original one)
- select fusolage from the edit...

yes, there are three spaces for enter your cg because he is on the x, y and z axes. the firs one is for front-back location
