I found the problem. The problem is binding between the tail rotor and the tail rotor motor shaft. for some reason the binding between the two was weak so the tail rotor rotate relativetly slowly....

It is strange since Top-Flite advice that the airplane will fit the os91 and the range of the engine is 0.61-0.91 2 stroke. So they have to come with suggestion for the muffler....
