Put the step right on the C/G, Set floats (top) at zero degrees to the wing. Goode luck, Porter

Take a short length of brass tubing that is a tight fit in rubber, about 1 1/2" long. put between the two lengths of tubing. Sounds like you will have to make three splices. When you get it all...
