RE: T14MZ display.

I recently sent both of my 14 MZ's into the Futaba Support Center and had both touchscreens replaced. They both came back with new touchscreens. The new touchscreens are extremely nice! Both of my...

RE: how doya' fix a cracked and damaged canopy?

For a part of the canopy that is not clear, I have been successful in fixing a crack by gluing a piece of fiberglass on the inside of the canopy. I have even replaced portions of the canopy that have...

RE: Introducing the new 90-1.20 Yak QB

I've got my OS 120AX about 3/8 inch forward from factory specs. The carb throat is close to the front cowl ring, but it helps the balance. Overall, this aircraft flies great with the OS 120AX.

RE: Introducing the new 90-1.20 Yak QB

RE: 3W 80XI CS early production model

I also had idle issues with my 3W 80xi until I replaced the ignition with one from CH Ignitions. Pretty simple installation since the pickup fits neatly into the 3W plastic pickup mount (although...

Very nice looking bird. Congratulations on the Maiden. May I ask what made you initially think that it was flying tail heavy?

I've got a newer Brison 2.4 (electronic timing control) and it is one of my best engines. It ranks right up there with my DA's on power, reliability, and throttle response. The Brison is very...

RE: Rudder servo question

I originally built my Aeroworks 35% Extra 260 with a single Hitec 5955 in the rudder and found that it would not hold a knifedge. I added another Hitec 5955 and felt a world of difference in the...

My new wing tube arrived today. Perfect fit into my Extra 260. The wall thickness is 1.5 millimeters. Since I am in North Carolina and just received mine today, most everyone should have theirs by...

RE: Attention all 150cc Extra 260 and Yak 54 owners

I have not been individually notified by Aeroworks about my 150cc Extra 260. Does this mean that my specific model is...

RE: 100cc Extra 260QB gear mount repair..

I had to repair my main landing gear mounts on my Aeroworks 100cc Extra 260. I just used the standard method. Start disassembling it and cut away all broken wood. Re-create the wood that was broken,...

RE: 29% AW Katana loose stab tube

I have wrapped loose wing tubes with masking tape in order to tighten them up. I am sure that it depends how loose the tube is, but if a single wrap of masking tape will fix it, that will work fine....

RE: Taking delivery of new 150cc Extra 260 w/new color scheme

I worked a bit on the stabs and elevators after work yesterday. For safety's sake I ironed all the covering down, although it really didn't need it. The covering certainly does not need the heat gun....

RE: Taking delivery of new 150cc Extra 260 w/new color scheme
