RE: Need a good Bipeplane

Hyperion will introduce a 63e version in the September/October time frame and it will be available in the US. I believe these are made in the same factory, so it could be the same plane that is at...

RE: New charger called Hyperion ???

OK, I am biased because I sell Hyperion, but I do like the EOS5i AC/DC charger. It is what I use and I like it because I don't need a power supply and it is very easy to use. We also carry the...

RE: Good First Plane

You might also take a look at this:

The 3DHobbyShop Electric Basic Trainer. While it is a trainer, they made sure it can do aerobatics as well. We just got a shipment of these in last week....

RE: Hyperion Spitfire vs Hand/Bungee Launching

There is a big thread in RCGroups for this plane, so you might check there. I know guys have tossed the Hyperion P-51. One guy was saying in the P-51 thread in RCGroups today that he installed the...

RE: Can you identify this Spitty

80mm from the leading edge for first flights. 90mm maximum. They recommend slowly moving it back from 80 towards 90 after you get comfortable with the plane. There is a great thread on RCGroups...

RE: Park Flyer Spitfire - which is best?

I agree that this is a great kit, but not really a park flyer. It is 25 size and has been clocked near 100mph, so you might get banned from a local park if you fly one there!

RE: Can you identify this Spitty

It is a Hyperion Spitfire. AlleRC is just a retailer, not the manufacturer. The fuse is fiberglass and it is very nice. There were some pre-production kits going around that may not have been...

RE: Where do I find adapters for LiPo balancer

Unfortunately, I think that is what the manufacturers want. They hope you will stick with their brand of batteries and use their balancers and chargers.

You can get adapters for different...

RE: Where do I find adapters for LiPo balancer

I do not believe Hyperion and Equinox have the same adapters. While the balancer is basically the same as the Hyperion, I believe the connedtors are different.

RE: Good Plane for Park 400 Outrunner?

Yes it comes with gear and there is even a float set (sold separately), but that might be getting a little heavy for your motor with floats. I personally have not flown it, but we have sold a bunch...

The Hyperion balancer should work fine. I am not aware of any problems with that charger. The banana plugs from the Hyperion balancer should fit in your charger. Both Hyperion balancers come with...

RE: Yak 55SP 3D Profile with rimfire?

I am not too familiar with the Electrifly products, but given the size, KV, and AMP ratings, it appears to be a good fit. We just got them in stock last month and I have not put one together to test...

RE: Hyperion Mustang

Yes balancing the spinner/prop virtually eliminated the vibration. Others have gone with a different motor and that seemed to eliminate the vibration as well, like the Hacker or AXI. They say you...
