That is a good note. I haven't had any signal issues, fades or holds with it in place. I tried the optical sensor and couldn't get any decent readings at all with it.

It took me about 10-12 flights to diagnose the overheat issue. It would just die at about 2:30 into each flight. Luckily I learned very quickly how to nail a dead stick landing with this bird.

8-10 minutes could be nearing fuel starvation with the stock fuel tank as well, but the plug was probably the issue. I have my timer set for 7 min which leaves plenty of fuel for a go around or two...
