RE: Parkzone Slo-V: My Story

Thanks for the advice about anchoring the bracket. I knew about the trimming, I'm just joking that I was sliding the servos around to trim instead of moving the control rods;) (though I knew i had...

RE: Parkzone Slo-V: My Story

Thanks, but I'm sticking with the Slo-V for now. Getting a new fuselage, and rebuilding. I bought my brother a used J-3 Cub so that he can crash that instead of my plane :D.

I'm currently...

RE: Parkzone Slo-V: My Story

The story continues:

Took it out this morning, and my usual field was closed. Oh well, went to a different one that was pretty much the same. Fired her up, and *crunch*, not a bad crash, just...

RE: Parkzone Slo-V: My Story

Well, I fixed my tail (there's tape, and lots of it). Also am in the process of gluing the gearbox where it broke. The plane may weigh a bit more now, but I also didn't have to pay any money. Yay...

Parkzone Slo-V: My Story

This was initially a request for help installing a new propshaft on my Parkzone Slo-V, but instead, I've decided to turn it into my current life-with-the-Slo-V. Here it is:

Two days ago, after...

RE: Air Hogs Aero Ace!

Hey everyone. I recently got an Aero Ace, and I bought one for my brother and we love 'em. The only reason I got them was because of these long threads here and at RCGroups. Out front in the...

RE: ParkZone P-51 Mustang RTF

Doesn't it say "While charging, place the battery on a heat resistant surface". I know it does on my Slo-V manual, don't know about the P-51.

PZ Transmitters:Multiple Uses?

I was wondering, can you take a transmitter from one plane, for example my Parkzone Slo-V, and use it with the same channel on one of the other planes. I've heard lots of complaints about having to...

Parkzone Night Flight Module

Has anyone tried out the Parkzone night-flight module, I'm interested in it and I was wondering if it's worth it at all.

1 thing that I remembered: I AM NEVER FLYING WITH MY DAD UNTIL I LEARN TO FLY.

I beleive he was waay more tense than I will ever be. I was semi-relaxed, but it's hard...

RE: Aerobird Extreme TIPS/HINTS - Wanted!

Personally (i'm 15, so I might know :p, I'm not really sure how old your son is), i think the 2 channel planes are too boring. I think, instead of getting the aerobird xtreme, let him get the...

Yes, a battery comes with the kit, but what about the connector, my dad said it would be easy to replace, I just need to know what kind of connector I need.

RE: Aerobird Extreme TIPS/HINTS - Wanted!

Yes, the motor mount is a good one, using a zip tie. Look it up in the forums. It has saved my Firebird XL from losing it's motor after it had been knocked out once. Take the precaution early. ...
